Terms and conditions

Individual customer terms for Eroya websites, APIs, bulk files, market-data tools, and related services.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Important market-data notice

Contract terms cannot create data rights that Eroya does not hold. Provider-sourced data is available only where Eroya has the necessary upstream authorization and the customer satisfies all applicable provider, exchange, and regulatory conditions.

1. Company and agreement

“Eroya”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Eroya Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road, 049422, Singapore. “Customer”, “you”, or “your” means the person or entity creating an account, starting a trial, buying a plan, or using a service.

These terms form part of the agreement between you and Eroya when you create an account, accept a trial, subscribe, access an API, download a bulk file, or use any related service.

2. Individual and commercial use

Individual plans are for personal, individual, non-business, and non-commercial use unless Eroya expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Business, production, advisory, client-reporting, resale, redistribution, or other commercial use requires a separately approved commercial arrangement and every necessary upstream entitlement.

3. Accounts, trials, and billing

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, complete, current account, identity, classification, employment, and payment information when requested. You are responsible for your credentials and all account activity; accounts and API keys may not be shared.

Every newly registered user receives seven days of Pro access without a payment method or automatic charge. Paid monthly or annual card subscriptions are charged at the disclosed price when checkout completes and renew until cancelled or terminated. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a refund or prorated credit except where required by law.

The registration trial covers the standard Pro products only. Third-party expansions, exchange fees, professional access, and separately licensed offerings such as Analyst Insights are excluded.

4. Data sources and ownership

Certain U.S. market datasets are sourced through Massive.com, Inc. (“Massive”), certain partner datasets originate from Benzinga and are accessed through Massive, and certain China market datasets are sourced through Beijing Woyuan Data Technology Co., Ltd.’s Tushare service (“Tushare”). Massive, Benzinga, Tushare, exchanges, securities information processors, and other data owners retain their respective rights.

Provider-sourced data remains subject to applicable provider, exchange, regulatory, and plan restrictions. Stricter upstream terms control for affected data. No Eroya plan grants rights that Eroya does not hold upstream.

As recorded on August 8, 2026, Eroya’s current Massive subscription was purchased as an Individual/non-professional subscription. Eroya does not treat that subscription as permission to deliver Massive- or Benzinga-sourced data to customers. Customer delivery of those datasets is paused unless and until Eroya obtains written commercial and redistribution authorization. Technical documentation may remain public while delivery is paused.

5. U.S. options and subscriber classification

Eroya makes U.S. options data available only to the extent authorized under applicable provider, exchange, and Options Price Reporting Authority (“OPRA”) requirements. Access may require subscriber classification, identity and employment information, exchange agreements, entitlements, reporting, audits, and additional fees.

Non-professional access is limited to eligible natural persons using data for their own personal, non-business purposes. Professional or business access is available only under a separately approved plan with required upstream entitlements. You must promptly report any change in status or use.

6. Tushare-sourced data

Tushare-sourced data is limited to personal, non-commercial viewing unless Eroya and the relevant provider have separately confirmed the required commercial or redistribution rights in writing.

Availability may change or end because of provider rights, policy, data-source, legal, technical, or operational changes.

7. Restrictions and compliance

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, publicly display, furnish, scrape for republication, create a competing dataset from, or permit third-party access to provider-sourced market data or derived works.

You must not use the services unlawfully, evade limits or security, reverse engineer protected code, introduce malicious code, violate sanctions or market rules, or perform regulated financial activity without required authorization.

Eroya may verify classification and use, retain compliance records, share required subscriber information with providers or exchanges, and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when required.

8. Availability, risk, and advice disclaimer

Services and data are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eroya and its providers do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, sequence, timeliness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in the services is financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for confirming that your trading, research, storage, display, and other uses are lawful and licensed.

9. Intellectual property, indemnity, and liability

Eroya and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, APIs, documentation, interfaces, designs, trademarks, data compilations, and related intellectual property. Your permitted access is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable.

You will indemnify Eroya and its officers, personnel, suppliers, affiliates, and representatives against claims arising from your account activity, unlawful use, breach, or infringement of third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eroya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, trading, investment, lost-profit, lost-data, goodwill, or business-interruption damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or fees paid for the affected services during the preceding six months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Changes, termination, and Singapore law

Eroya may update services or these terms by posting revised terms or providing notice where appropriate. Provider or exchange requirements may be incorporated into your agreement and may require separate acceptance.

On suspension or termination, access rights end and you must cease use and delete provider-sourced data where applicable terms require it. Clauses intended to survive termination remain effective.

These customer terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory consumer laws and any separate provider or exchange agreement that governs particular data.
